In order to achieve the vision of the company, BEING DUCK RESTAURANT in Vancouver is hiring catering elites to join our team **High Tips** in town

**General Manager 1 Position**:
Requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, at least 5 years or more comprehensive diningmanacement experience in North America and five vears of management experience as a restaurant general manacer.

Job duties: Delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service: managingstaf. Organize, direct and control the operations of the restaurant, Recommend type of services to be offered and implementoperational procedures, Recruit staf and oversee staff training,Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Controinventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safetyregulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Negotiate arrangements with clients forcatering or use of facilities for banguets or receptions.

salary: $30 /hour to $48/Hour

**Sommelier 1 Position**

Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages
- Perform sensory evaluation of wines
- Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
- Describe and advise on wine selection
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer guestions redarding food and beverages

**Additional skills**
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- WSET level three completed or cms certification

salary: $20-25 /hour

**Bartender 2 Positions**

Requirement:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience 1.5-5 years-experienced and skillful in bartender work with Bartender certificate.

' Requirement: Greet quests in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner Responsible for running the host/hostess station, maintainingthe foor map, distributing guests among server sections, taking reservations and phone orders, bussing and resetting tables, andmonitoring table rotation.

Qualifications: year experience as a host with excellent performance in a busy environment, Friendly and have a positive attitude

**Roast Duck Chef 4 Positions**

Requirement: Secondary high school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of work experience as Quanjude roast duck chef with QuanJude restaurant in China and very familiar with the original unique technique, recipe and skills of cooking Quanjude roast ducks. being able to complete the whole cooking process independently from the selection of material to cooking completion and roasted duck skin peeling presentation upon request. Relevant cook trade certification is required.
