**Robertson Electric is looking for a Quotations Specialist to join our Kingston Branch**

**About Us**

Robertson Electric Wholesale is a highly regarded electrical distributor in Canada. Headquartered in Vaughan, ON with numerous branches across Canada and approximately 250 employees and growing Robertson has demonstrated steady and secure growth since new ownership in 2008, proving to be a dominant player in the industries we serve.

**Scope of the Position**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Convert written specifications and construction drawings into quotations;
- Determine most cost-effective options to meet project specifications.
- Receiving requests and responding to inquiries from customers
- Meets with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships that benefit the company and gives vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to Robertson Electric.
- Maintain proper files for product quotes within company quotations program.
- Communicates critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing and competitors.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- EIT, CET or PMP graduate or 2 years’ experience in related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, power and controls
- Exceptional communication, time management and organization skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Suite, File Maker, EPICOR)
