**Maintenance / Repair Person**

**Job description**

**A competent Person with experience to maintain/repair mobile & plant equipment.**

**Full time, year-round - 40- 44 hr wk. - Monday to Friday, some overtime.**

**Job brief**

**We are looking for a skilled** **Maintenance / Repair Person/ Welder to have the knowledge to use all necessary tools and methods to determine the appropriate direction to resolve the problems, by removing, replacing, repairing, cutting, and welding if required. This person is required to complete jobs in a timely and safe manor to maintain various equipment.**

**Responsibilities**
- Repair machinery and other components by replacing parts or rebuild if required
- Maintain equipment, complete job in a timely & safe manor
- Some experience of Hydraulic and electrical would be an asset.
- Able to handle welding projects with little supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with good housekeeping a must.
- Strong time management skills

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingston, ON K0H 1S0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- millwright: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
