**Position: Salesperson**

The Salesperson is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to generate new business by promoting The Squeegee Boys products and services. This includes prospecting for prospective customers, setting appointments, selling services and products, and building relationships with customers. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing their own pipeline of new business opportunities and closing new business with a high level of success and efficiency. The position requires an individual who is motivated to build a career in sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a sales strategy to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Set appointments to learn about customers’ needs and interests as well as build productive relationships over the phone.
- Gather information about the company’s products and services to create compelling stories about our products and services to prospective customers.
- Qualify, qualify, and close deals with confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales conversations/events/closes.
- Manage all stages of the sales process (quotes, delivery, installation) to ensure successful completion of projects and reduce delays.
- Provide customer feedback to team members to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure that orders are placed, projects are completed, and sales goals are met.
- Maintain a clean work environment by complying with company policies and procedures.

**Experience**:

- 1 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
