**Duties**

**Strategy, Planning, Project Management and Analysis (60%)**
- Member of senior management A&I management team working to clearly define the Company’s strategic objectives/initiatives and to plan, manage and carry out a course of action to achieve these objectives. Document and prepare Business Plans and decision support documents aligned with strategic objectives.
- Assist the maturing, coordination and drive for the strategic planning and business planning processes, including the analysis and presentation of the same.
- Update quarterly and annual internal Management reporting packages.
- Data collection and analysis to support strategy and initiatives including manipulating data and data mining as well as translating complex data into user friendly reports, graphs, charts or models.
- Tracking and reporting strategic initiative execution and implementation via Decide ACT against KPIs
- Work with stakeholders to form KPIs/Market Indicators based on forecasted business plans and monitor and report on those KPIs/Market Indicators routinely. Reporting to Management on progress, issues and solutions that could impact operations and delivery of business plans.
- Competitor Intelligence Tracking (Annual Sales, new products, major news)
- Key Markets & Projects - tracking and reporting major news or planned projects within a specific market space (i.e.Owner, EPC, Contractor - Enverus subscription)
- Support planning and analysis activities by leading the development of detailed evaluations of projects.
- Support Market sizing (SAM, TAM, percent share, across products across all product portfolios including relevant market research/data)
- Revenue by Market Updates for A&I Globally (monthly)

**M&A (20%)**
- M&A Analyst

(own M&A funnel, inputs, support open M&A projects)
- Support the valuation process for identifying potential strategic transactions, including building Excel-based valuation models that consider business-specific earnings and cash flow projections, accretion/dilution, capital considerations and other transaction metrics.
- Support the preparation of oral and written presentations for Senior Management which present analysis and conclusions in a clear and concise manner
- Develop and maintain financial tools to evaluate the company's internal financial and operational performance.
- Provide support to the existing business and to M&A activity, working closely with multi-disciplined stakeholders to understand and communicate how the various business choices impact the Automotive & Industrial segment.
- Provide analytical and project management support throughout the transaction process from due diligence to portfolio integration.
- Maintain databases to monitor M&A activity/deal funnel, financing activity, current and developing legislation and other industry trends.

**Corporate (20%)**
- CEO objectives, CEO presentations/updates
- Strategy/SPBP/Board//Quarterlies presentation support
- Market research & analysis

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another related field.
- MBA designation is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years directly related work experience.
- Recognized as a business advisor and partner in collaborating with and supporting all departments in an organization to attain their specific business objectives.
- Proactive approach to process and system improvements with demonstrated positive results.
- Experience with strategic planning, valuations, and economics, developing profitable strategies and maturing processes.
- Strong understanding of performance management and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent project management skills gained through 3-5 years of managing analytical projects
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, especially Excel.
- Awareness of industry specific software.
- Requires a high level of cultural sensitivity, interactive communication, negotiation, and effective collaboration. This necessitates considerable tact, discretion, and persuasion to obtain desired outcomes while maintaining ongoing professional relationships.
- Experience in managing global cross-functional teams and project-management.
- Ability to establish credibility with both internal (good networker) and external stakeholders.
