_Position: _Security Manager
- Location: _ Toronto
- Key Responsibilities: _
- Oversee teams of security officers at client locations within the area
- Ensure that scheduling demands from clients are met on a weekly basis
- Evaluate performance of security teams and develop performance improvement plans, if necessary
- Develop and implement site-specific security plans for client locations based on the individual needs of client managers
- Qualifications: _
- Associates degree
- 5 years of prior experience working in the private security industry or for a law enforcement agency
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well on tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong presentation skills
- Team-player and ability to build relationships well across the organization
- Ability to travel for extended periods of time on short notice

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
