Quest Window Systems Inc (“Quest”) is a manufacturer of a window wall system designed for high-rise residential developments, based in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Quest services clients from all over North America, including major metropolises such as New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Toronto.

**Purpose**

This role develops and manages the overall strategy which includes total cost, relationship, glass commodity and supplier strategies for Quest Windows Systems.

**What you will be doing**
- Develop, drive and execute Sourcing strategy for assigned commodities, examine global markets, and management of supply base
- Acquire materials and supplies that are critical for the success of our business operations
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts
- Manage RFQ’s to the supply base according to the commodity strategy to support production requirements
- Drive supplier performance improvement through regular supplier reviews and ongoing monitoring of supplier scorecards
- Communicate frequently with internal and external stakeholders on various issues.
- Achieves cost reduction goals for assigned commodities in support of corporate directive.
- Assist accounts payable with discrepancies on invoices

**What you will bring along**
- Diploma business, supply chain or similar
- 2-3 years of relevant experience within supply chain
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Market research, data analysis and understanding of purchasing best practices Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, to initiate actions, and to make effective choices
- A strong analytical mindset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
