**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare for and represent Chubb in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, and the management of grievances.
- Support, research and coordinate campus recruitment activities.
- Periodically travel to client group branch offices to establish an ongoing rapport as a trusted advisor.
- Stay current in knowledge of employment legislation, practices, and procedures; particularly pertaining to Chubb’s industry landscape.
- Implement and manage people projects and programs related to compensation, performance management, employee development, HR analysis and planning, and organization transformation.
- Identify employee relations issues; conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bilingualism in English and French preferred.
- University degree and/or community college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- CHRP designation preferred.
- 5+ years of exempt level Human Resources generalist experience supporting professional employees with role progression, preferably in an unionized environment
- Proven and demonstrated HR experience in medium-to-large service-oriented organizations.
- Proficient use of business software platforms including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and HR Information Systems (Workday preferred).

- Experience with compensation design and administration preferred.
- Knowledge of human resource practices and policies and applicable provincial and federal laws
- Open to business travel if required.
