Accounting Business Analyst

We are looking for an Accounting Business Analyst who will report to the Manager, Finance Marketing and Powersports Group. As part of your role, you will develop the finance reporting process with a focus on supporting the implementation of accounting principles on a day-to-day basis. To achieve that, you will partner with the marketing teams and accounting clerks to manage and optimize their operating budget.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Partner with the marketing team and accounting clerks to understand their operations, translate them into an accurate accounting (ex. Journal Entries) and financial reporting supported with an on-going monitoring (performance & progress).

Provide the marketing leaders accurate and insightful financial analysis to influence key strategic decisions.

Support teams to develop their annual budgets and quarterly forecast, set financial goals, and provide regular reporting & variance analysis to track progress against strategic initiatives.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting or Finance, with interest in marketing.

Excellence in financial modelling and analytics.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to dive deep, invent & simplify and learn & be curious.

Passion for metrics and figures with attention to details.
