Additional responsibilities include:

- Manage equipment circulation, including check-out, check-in, and renewal processes.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment, usage, care, and safety precautions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment transactions, ensuring proper documentation of check-outs, returns, damages, and repairs.
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections before and after each transaction to ensure functionality and identify any damage or missing components.
- Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring equipment is stored securely and in a manner that facilitates easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor classroom support chat and act as a point of contact for classroom and technical support.
- Escalate classroom and technical support issues and create tickets for end users.

SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive hardware and operating system knowledge including MAC, PC, printers, and Mobile devices.
- Working knowledge of Google, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Office and adobe products.
- The ability to work within a team matrix as well as work independently.
- Computer network fundamentals including wireless configurations.
- The ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions.
- Self-motivation with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with little supervision.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a two-year technology related diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution. Training can be in audiovisual technology, multi-media, graphic design or computer systems technology.
- Minimum of one years’ experience in a multi-media technology environment or working with audiovisual equipment.
- Equivalences may be considered.
