Graph Tech is a rapidly growing and well established manufacturer of high-performance parts for stringed instruments. We produce parts for both OEM (manufacturers) as well as packaged products sold to distributors in 42 countries for after-market. Graph Tech is well known around the world for our brands of high performance guitar products, including TUSQ, TUSQ XL, String Saver, Ratio, Resomax, ghost, etc.
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced full-time Customer Success Representative in our Delta, BC facility to provide world class support to our global list of clients. The Customer Success will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry (creating sales orders in our network that correspond with customer P.O’s).
- RMA processing (creating returns, refunds, exchanges, etc.).
- Work across departments to find resolutions for customers.
- General sales related admin and research tasks.
Your Qualifications:
- 3[+] years of Customer Success experience in music retail.
- Post-secondary education.
- Guitar player and music enthusiast.
- Order entry experience
- Strong use of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation
- Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction. Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors, suppliers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- This is an on-site role based at our head office in Delta. Remote working is not available for this role.
**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
