Our Vancouver team is looking for an ambitious and creative thinker who is energized by disruptive change and digital transformation to join KPMG Ignition at a Consultant level

KPMG Ignition is our innovation advisory offering support to various clients' in exploring the art of the possible and build leading-edge solutions. We utilize exponential technologies, human-centered thinking, and business model innovations to unpack core business challenges and help clients seize opportunities in an era of rapid and disruptive change.

**What you will do**

As a Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Participating in discovery sessions with senior level executives and KPMG leaders to define the clients' specific needs and challenges;
- Supporting your Ignition team in designing and delivering impactful client workshops;
- Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to build and refine skills in Design Thinking, business strategy and new venture development;
- Championing your own growth trajectory and learning interests to deepen your understanding of relevant trends, tech stacks and innovation strategies;
- Being an advocate and representative of KPMG Ignition within the KPMG network. Contributing to the planning, strategy, and growth of the Ignition offering in Vancouver and across KPMG Canada;

**What you bring to the role**

We will look to you to bring a blend of knowledge, training, and experience, including:
**Required skills and experience**:

- Interest in in a client facing role with real-world projects and outcomes in the technology space;
- Knowledge of innovation methodologies and user-centric design.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and requests under specified timelines;
- Experience with research and knowledge gathering
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to inspire confidence and deliver creative action on projects/deliverables;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This role relies on the ability to deliver compelling and targeted messages to a variety of stakeholders (both internal and external) using digital tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies/ tools;
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent education.
