**The Opportunity**:
As the Lead, Corporate Facilities, you will be responsible for directing the Office Design and Construction, Logistics, Maintenance, and Office Coordination teams. These teams are responsible for office access security, building maintenance, construction and renovations, move services, office furniture, storage, and space planning for our Corporate (Calgary) and Conventional Field offices. The role of the Lead, Office Facilities, will also require direct project management.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage the customer relationship between Corporate Services and CNRL business units, landlords, and various vendors. Maintain excellent customer relations through an understanding of business needs, timely problem resolution, and project status reporting
- Effectively manage direct reports and that ensure processes, policies, and procedures used by the teams are documented, understood, and followed to ensure effective operations
- Provide continuous process improvement/programs for CS staff use to streamline business activity and manage time more effectively
- Manage various types of projects
- Provide input to the budget development and forecasts for sustainment and capital projects

**Other Details**:

- Job location: Calgary, AB
- Shift schedule: 5x2 - Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in Facility Management, Office Management, or Project Management
- Post-secondary education in Facility Management (FMC) is preferred
- Knowledge of facility construction/maintenance, office space planning, and office security
- A commitment to meeting deadlines, combined with outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated competence with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
- Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours as necessary and to respond at any time to facility
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
