**Associate Partner**Hi, my name is Taylor Carcasole, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Versett. We are looking for** two** Associate Partners to join our growing team. As the Associate Partner, you will be identifying strategic opportunities, formulating concepts and advising the delivery of our digital transformation engagements for our clients. You will be supported by our leads like Chris Govias, Ryan Bannon, and Ceri Rees when crafting the potential delivery plan. You will bring the combination of your strategic acumen, business development and client management background to build trusted client relationships for Versett.

Versett is the ‘team behind the team’ of successful apps, software and platforms around the world with clients like American Express, TD Bank, and Getty Images. Each month, millions of people use the platforms, apps and tools we have built.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying opportunities and the potential delivery of these opportunities from advisory to delivery of digital transformation engagements.
- Formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations
- Analyzing our client’s business, goals, strategies, and direction to recommend a customized solution and/or product to meet their needs.
- Collaborating with the leads of Strategy, Engineering, and Design to define the potential product roadmap.
- Setting the product mission and maintaining alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Defining product success metrics and key performance indicators.
- Collaborating on business proposals and client presentations with Business Development.
- Strategically leveraging your network and future connections to build relationships across all levels but specifically with senior leaders.
- Attractive compensation package including base salary and variable compensation with uncapped upside

What you bring to the table
- You come from a consulting background.
- You have proven experience with professional services sales & delivery, ideally within digital transformation and/or software & product development.
- You have won and delivered complex business services engagements.
- Your verbal and written communication style is impactful and friendly, always articulating the key message.
- You enjoy creating and presenting strategies, tactics, and negotiations to senior executives.
- You have a deep understanding of client needs and customer behaviour.
- You have a strong business acumen, understanding what levers can be pulled to drive meaningful growth in a business.
- You are decisive and able to make important decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
