Veterinary Receptionist

Overview:
Join our veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced animal care environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Check-in and check-out clients efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Assist veterinary staff with various administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is mandatory**
- **Experience in a Veterinary Clinic is mandatory**:

- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards animals and their owners
- Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
