**What you will do**:

- Assist in the daily operation of the Branch
- Maintain facility assets in a safe manner
- Provide customer service for internal and external customers
- Comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards at all times
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and customers
- Unload, load and deliver agri-products
- Participate in the inventory management and control procedures
- Make recommendations to enhance performance of equipment
- In conjunction with maintenance staff, and/or maintenance contractors perform equipment repair and maintenance
- Operate in accordance with health, safety and fire prevention regulations and practices
- Keep equipment and facilities clean, well-maintained and free of fire hazards
- Perform the responsibilities of other regional operation position during staff absences in order to optimize the efficiency of regional operations and may require cross training in various positions
- Perform other duties as required

**What you will bring**:

- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agri-business and/or other related customer service function
- 2+ years operational experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
