**Job Summary**
- Human Resources is committed to a vision where employees are engaged, supported, and inspired to achieve excellence at Dalhousie University. Reporting to the Executive Recruitment Consultant, the Coordinator has an evolving role responsible for directly guiding, supporting, and facilitating the work of the executive recruitment function at Dalhousie. This includes managing, and advising on, the process of senior executive searches.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior leadership positions by serving as a central coordination hub for the Executive Recruitment unit.

**Note**
- The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.

**Required Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in human resources plus, a minimum of three years’ of related human resource administration experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
- Exceptional communication skills, especially with a broad and diverse group of contacts.
- High level attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills.
- A strong sense of initiative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team as well as being able to balance and manage multiple priorities in a high volume setting.

**Assets**
- Experience in recruitment coordination, preferably with a focus on executive-level positions.
- Familiarity with executive search processes and best practices.
- Experience in a recruitment, HR, or postsecondary environment.
