**What we are looking for**

**Key responsibilities**
- **Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and subsidiaries to understand business needs and objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- **Data Analysis and Insights Generation**:Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
- **Project Management**:Lead and/or support cross-functional projects from inception to implementation, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within established timelines and budgets.
- **Business Process Optimization**:Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and systems and propose solutions for optimization and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
- **Risk Management**: Assess risks and potential impacts associated with proposed solutions or changes to business processes. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimise risks and ensure business continuity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in consulting, matrixed organization or a fast-paced and dynamic environment is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy is desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or other statistical analysis software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization is an asset.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives, from conception to implementation is an asset.

**Note: This is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.**

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
