Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring a part-time **Office Clerk** in our Administration Office in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this position is responsible for providing an exceptional level of internal and external customer service while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards. The Office Clerk will work collaboratively within the finance team and be responsible for:

- General administrative tasks
- Customer service
- Reception
- Daily cash counting & balancing
- Provide back up for other Team Members when needed

**Who you are**:
You have proven customer service skills and able to work as part of a team. You have previous administrative experience. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office. A team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must. You’re honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
