As a member of the Matlow Miller Cummins Thrasher team, you will assist in all administrative duties for the firm’s family law department while enjoying a supportive, collegial and team-based culture. Matlow Miller Cummins Thrasher LLP also provides ample professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities and qualifications preferred for the position - but not limited to
- include:

- Understanding of procedure and the Family Law Rules;
- Understanding of the preparation of financial statements and Net Family Property (NFP) Statements;
- Drafting of Orders, Applications, Answers, Briefs and other basic procedural forms;
- Experience in management of client relationships and dealing directly with opposing counsel as well as third party experts;
- Successful completion of a recognized post-secondary legal assistant or law clerk program;
