We have an opening for a Law Clerk/Legal Assistant working in the area of Family Law.

The main responsibilities for this role include:
Working with accounting software;
Answering the phone, intake calls and carrying out conflict searches;
Scheduling appointments;
Opening and closing files;
File organization for paper and electronic filing system;
Maintain lawyer’s calendar and an effective tickler system;
Setting up conferences;
Reception;
Drafting and Issuing Orders;
Updating Continuing Records; and,

Drafting, serving and filing documents as required.

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
