Brow Expert

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform brow shaping services including waxing, tweezing, threading, brow lamination, and tinting to enhance the natural beauty of clients' brows.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting brow care products and other related services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client preferences and service history to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in brow styling and beauty techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in body waxing or similar beauty services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques is a plus, with the ability to effectively promote products.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field.
