JFK Quarry specializes in crushed stone, ready-mix poured concrete, and asphalt. We are hiring a Financial Manager to improve our financial efficiency and accuracy. The Financial Manager will have the opportunity to be part of an organization that is tripling its growth over the next 2 years.

**The scope of work includes, but is not limited to**:

- Maintain and optimize financial records, including interim financial reports, GST/QST reports, royalty reports, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow statements, general ledger, and journal entries.
- Organize and manage all financial documentation to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility for audit purposes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial data to help management make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to create and manage the company's annual budget.
- Assist in financial forecasting to predict future financial performance and identify potential risks.
- Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key vendors.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
