We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of **BI**/**Data Analyst** to join our dynamic team to work at our client.

Location Address: Hybrid - **2 Days in Office**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
- Establish standardized methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity.
- Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
- Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
- Continuously look to improve/streamline control process for efficiency gains by understanding the end-to-end flow.
- Coordinate with multiple teams in the process flow to ensure efficiency.
- Identify real/potential gaps and fix/escalate accordingly.
- Assist in the design and development of metrics, reports, and analyses to support key business decision making.
- Modify, maintain, and support custom reports.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.
- Assist to prepare and deliver regular reports, communications, and presentations, as necessary, to keep all levels of management informed.
- Suggest enhancements KRI and KPI reporting.
- Perform ad hoc work as needed
- 5-7 year as a **BI/Data Analytics **in a professional setting, (preferably in **Financial Services** or a **similarly regulated industry** in an operations setting)
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong **PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint**.
- Proficient in SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and transformation.
- Experience with software packages such as **Power BI and Python**

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:

- Prior FI experience

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with mínimal direction

**Degrees or certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
