We are seeking a **Yard Laborer** to join our growing team.

**What you will do**:

- Operate a Forklift.
- Perform general yard maintenance tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard area, including snow removal.
- Loading and unloading trucks of materials and equipment.
- Loading sheet metal coils onto decoiler machine using stationary crane.
- Operate various tools and machinery, such as forklifts, telehandlers, crane.
- Maintain clean work space.
- Assist with other activities as required, including operating accessory former, material handling, and drywall sheathing.
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturer’s instructions to determine proper work procedures.
- Daily touchpoint with production manager to ensure proper production flow.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Your experience**:

- Previous experience in yard work or maintenance position.
- Experience operating a Forklift.
- Familiarity with operating equipment for movement of heavy and sensitive items in yard and loading and unloading trucks.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
