We are seeking a **Shop Laborer** to join our growing team.

**What you will do**:

- Read blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturer’s instructions to determine proper work procedures.Loading and unloading trucks of materials and equipment.
- Measure and cut drywall to fit specific areas, ensuring precise dimensions and mínimal waste.
- Attach drywall to wall panels using hand and power tools to secure them in place.
- Loading sheet metal coils onto decoiler machine using stationary crane.
- Operate various tools and machinery, such as forklifts, telehandlers, crane.
- Maintain clean work space.
- Daily touchpoint with production manager to ensure proper production flow.
- Assist with other activities as required, including operating accessory former, material handling, and drywall sheathing.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Your experience**:

- Previous experience in yard work or maintenance position.
- Experience operating a Forklift.
- Familiarity with operating equipment for movement of heavy and sensitive items in yard and loading and unloading trucks.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
