Les responsabilités comprennent la réalisation d’essais pratiques et l'évaluation des conceptions d'un large éventail de produits pour confirmer la conformité aux exigences commerciales IEM/CEM applicables.

**Exigences**:

- Avoir une bonne compréhension de la technologie et des équipements liés aux essais IEM/CEM, y compris les analyseurs de spectre et les amplificateurs RF
- Capacité à utiliser une approche systémique dans la préparation des plans de contrôle CEM, des plans d’essais IEM, des procédures et des rapports
- Axé sur les résultats avec d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles avec les membres de l'équipe et les clients
- Capacité à fonctionner efficacement en équipe
- Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Effectuer des tâches répétitives avec rigueur et minutie
- Expérience en réalisation d’essais militaires et aérospatiaux, un atout

**Exigences physiques**:
Dans l'exercice des fonctions de cet emploi, l'employé est occasionnellement appelé à se tenir debout, marcher, s'asseoir, monter les escaliers, maintenir son équilibre, se baisser, s'agenouiller, s'accroupir ou ramper, parler ou entendre, goûter ou sentir. L'employé doit occasionnellement soulever et/ou déplacer des charges pouvant aller jusqu'à 25 livres. Les capacités de vision spécifiques requises par le travail comprennent la vision rapprochée, la vision de loin, la vision des couleurs, la vision périphérique, la perception de la profondeur et la capacité à focaliser.
