We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Associate to join our growing team. Edison specializes in the repair and restoration of existing buildings, providing communication-focused professional engineering and project management services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting site inspections and investigations to assess building conditions and identify areas of concern
- Performing structural analysis and design of repair and restoration solutions
- Preparing technical reports and project specifications
- Collaborating with team members, clients, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
- Ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Providing technical support during construction and performing field observations to ensure quality control
- Developing and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in building repair and restoration engineering
- Strong technical knowledge in structural analysis and design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 2 years (preferred)
