**We're Looking for**

Trip Support Inc. is looking for experienced Leisure Travel Consultants. If you are confident, you have what it takes to be an exceptional Leisure Travel Consultant with remarkable customer service ethics then you have found the right job for yourself. We are a fast-paced travel company. You will be taking care of all travel-related inquiries including planning, handling all-inclusive package bookings, advising clients of their travel requirements. If you are an enthusiastic sales-oriented team player, this posting is for you

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answer to customer calls in related to the flight inquiries, find the best Fares and send travel quotes or provide it over the phone..
- Listen to clients’ requirements closely and provide product solutions.
- Always be up to date with consolidators and airline policies with the current everyday new policy change environment.

**Qualifications & Required Experience**:

- Minimum 5-year Travel Consultant sales experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in working with GDS - Amadeus.
- Experience in ticket change, change date, issuing the ticket or the ticket cancelation is an asset.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service skills, especially phone etiquette
- Strong domestic, trans-border, and international travel knowledge
- Experience in a travel call center and ticketing department is required.
- Must be TICO certified.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work from Trip Support Head office in Thornhill, Ontario.
- Mandatory Rotating Schedule including evenings and weekends required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$63,203.02 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- working in Travel Agency: 5 years (preferred)
- working with Amadeus -GDS: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- TICO (preferred)
