**Class 5 Commercial Truck Driver**

**Who we are**:
MXL Express is a locally owned courier and hotshot transportation company. MXL Express provides courier and on-demand hot shot transportation services for Canada’s oil and gas, mining and construction industries in and around Edmonton, Alberta and other provinces.

**We are currently looking for a Class 5 Commercial Truck Driver for our Edmonton location.**

**Details**:

- Working hours are Monday to Friday Daytime
- Occasional nights & weekend driving work
- Full-time, long-term employment opportunity

**Summary of Duties**:

- Drive a company owned 2-3-ton flat deck trucks and/or pull gooseneck trailers of up to 40ft for local and provincial deliveries.
- Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move shipments.
- Perform truck/trailer inspection reports using ELD Titan GPS flatform.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize issued company vehicle.

**Requirements**:

- Must held Class 5 driver’s license minimum of 3 years.
- 3 years Canadian driving experience required.
- Clean commercial driving abstract
- Experience driving 2-3 Ton flat deck trucks and gooseneck trailers is an asset.
- Experience driving a 5 Ton Van Truck an asset
- Must be able to work on call for nights & weekends.
