**Job Description**:
Strategy Execution & Portfolio Management (50%):

- Lead the UAP portfolio planning exercise by developing strategic/business plans based on prioritized projects, short/long-term strategic priorities, enterprise financial value, and resourcing requirements; partner with the IT PMO and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to ensure overall alignment and visibility of UAP’s portfolio.
- Manage and monitor the progress of the initiative portfolio and share the results with UAP’s executive Strategic Planning Committee on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure the portfolio’s projects are delivered on time, on budget and deliver planned benefits, with high quality; identify and resolve issues within the portfolio, in collaboration with leaders and/or other business stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of the portfolio and make the necessary changes to recover, re-scope, cancel or launch new projects; in addition, manage the intake pipeline of ideas, synergize with other similar projects, and recommend initiatives for launch/planning.
- Champion the UAP portfolio management framework, including its standards and practices; continuously manage changes to our methodology and framework, as needed.

Strategy Development (30%):

- Identify new and emerging opportunities for UAP to strategically grow and transform, for the future. Conduct in-depth research and analysis, and provide insights, proposals, and recommendations for initiatives.
- Assess strategic options for new enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives. Build models and plans to support new strategies.
- Build and develop strategy documents, including presentations, analyses, business cases and white papers. Support the ideation and development of strategic initiatives as needed.
- Support strategy workshops and brainstorming sessions with the executive leadership team. Manage the research and development of content and organize strategic discussions across departments related to UAP’s strategy.

Sustainability & ESG (20%):

- Partner with the executive sponsors and material topic owners to manage the execution and delivery of UAP’s ESG framework. This includes managing deliverables and ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with executives sponsors and material topic owners to assess, develop or measure sustainability solutions, methodologies, or offerings.
- Collaborate with each material topic owner in identifying measurement principles; develop and manage data governance as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a similar discipline; PMP certification, MBA or CPA designation is a requirement of the role.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, strategic management and/or project/portfolio management; ideally, individual would have previous exposure to and involvement with sustainability/ESG initiatives.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project/portfolio management roles, including as a Project Manager/Lead for mid-to-large scale projects.
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, and ability to build effective and collaborative business relationships; **bilingual in French and English (both oral and written), is a requirement of the role.**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), project management software/tools and ability to utilize automated functionality/tools to create efficiencies.
