**Description du poste**

**Sommaire de la position**
- Procède aux relâches et/ou confirmations des déclarations douanières à l'aide du système de UPS SCS.

**Client (Interne/Externe)**
- Département de la douane, services support, consultation, transport import, service des ventes, etc.
- Tous les clients et partenaires reliés aux douanes.

**Produits et services résultant de l'emploi**
- Relâches et/ou confirmation des déclarations douanières pour les expéditions répétitives et non complexes utilisant le profil-client dans le système F.S. (codes de lignes définis). - Procède au service de livraison et/ou aux demandes de permis d'importation lorsque requis et/ou rassemble et envoie la documentation appropriée au gouvernement.

**Principales tâches**
- Entrée de données (ouvre les dossiers-clients, valide l'information, crédit et facturation).
- Amasse l'information supplémentaire ou la documentation, lorsque requis, des clients, transporteurs, douanes et autres bureaux, etc.
- Identifie les écarts dans les profils-clients.
- Répond aux questions de base et aux demandes des clients, des douanes et des autres bureaux.
- Travaille en équipe avec les autres intervenants: clients, employés de F.S., transporteurs, agents à l'importation.
- Identifie les opportunités d'affaires.

**Critères de performance**
- Support rapide et efficace; dossiers à l'ordre, productivité, nombre de dossiers préparés
- Temps de traitement rapide; pas d'erreurs dans le traitement de l'information
- Directives opérationnelles suivies; ventes croisées
- Coopération et assistance avec les membres de l'équipe interne
- Satisfaction du client (service rapide, poli, courtois, sans interruption, sans délai)
