We are now looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join our team and work on a sophisticated repo trading platform offering a range of features that cater to complex products and workflows. It is a cutting-edge solution based on an advanced technical stack.
**YOU ARE**:

**YOU HAVE**:
- Significant experience in a QA role
- The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
- Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation (Cucumber)
- Strong experience with either Cypress, Playwright or WebdriverIO (preferably Playwright)
- Strong Front end automation skills (Javascript / Typescript)
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in it
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Some Exposure to Java (i.e you can read it)
**YOU WILL**:
- Propose, create and enhance project's test strategy considering test automation approach
- Design, maintain and execute test cases and provide your analysis on the results
- Build a solid understanding on business, technical and operational requirements
- Work with the team to define the quality assurance process
- Collaborate with other QAs and DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverage
- Work with Dev and Devops team to improve our test automation tools and solutions
- Proactively utilize your expertise to enhance and innovate current practices, while championing QA best practices.
- Encourage a mindset/culture by educating your team that quality is everyone's responsibility and focusing your time on value-add testing tasks, rather than routine checks.

**THE PROCESS**

2- A zoom chat with one of our QA colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about QA knowledge and your experience
3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom). During this interview, we will dig even deeper, and you will have a technical task to do.
