We are Adaptive, where you'll use the latest technology to design, build and operate bespoke, real-time, front-to-back solutions for tier-one investment banks and commodity trading firms financial clients using the latest technology, in flat teams where innovation and collaboration are the backbones of our success.

**About the Project**:
Adaptive is looking for a QA analyst to join the development of a Trade Capture system for an asset management client. You will participate in the team effort to build and release quality software in a timely manner. You will use your knowledge to create, retain and execute manual and automated test cases working in close collaboration with DEV/BA/UX. You will use your experience with test automation to enhance the project's test strategy and contribute to our robust test automation solutions in collaboration with DEV and DEVOPS. You will work in a test-driven, Agile development fashion. You will remain up to date with the latest developments in technology/test-automation and quickly adapt to them to achieve better results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, maintain and execute test cases and analyze results
- Understand business, technical and operational requirements
- Follow and suggest improvements to the quality assurance process
- Collaborate with other QAs and DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverage
- Work with Dev and Devops team to improve our test automation tools and solutions
- Deliver work to agreed milestones

**Requirements**:

- Significant experience in a QA role
- Ability to derive test cases from Functional/Technical designs
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understands QA role in it
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with Frontend test automation:

- JavaScript/TypeScript with one of the modern Web test automation solutions like Cypress/Playwright/Webdriver.io

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Experience with TDD/BDD
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience of working with distributed teams
