***:
The Services & Support Associate will directly support and report to our Halifax office lead due to the increased volume of accounting and operations work. This position will support day-to-day accounting needs in the Halifax office, (create a separation of duties within our banking operations) and support the Accounting team in the Lynnwood office in relation to reporting for the Kongsberg Discovery entity.

50% Accounting / 50% Operations support with peaks and valleys within each month around accounting close.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Quote/Issue POs / SOs (direct support to Sales & Service Administrator)
- General Admin / Office Support
- Invoicing / Collections/AR
- AP, Payments and Application
- Re-Billing of Time/Expenses to Parent Company
- Bank Reconciliation (within AX module)
- Phone Support
- Audit support

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- AA in business or equivalent work experience
- Basic to intermediate skill in Microsoft suite
- Experience acting as a liaison between departments internally
- Experience acting as a liaison between suppliers externally
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism, as well as a sense of urgency and passion for excellence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to adapt to priority changes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal and organizational skills

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Experience with an ERP, AR/AP or Purchasing experience is a plus.
