Futurpreneur alimente les passions entrepreneuriales des jeunes Canadiennes et Canadiens depuis 1996. **L’opportunité **:Spécialiste de programme bilingue, **Entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s**

Le ou la spécialiste de programme bilingue, Entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s, planifie, coordonne, développe et offre un programme de Futurpreneur axé sur les Noir.e.s, et contribue de manière proactive à son amélioration continue. Relevant de la directrice des programmes d'entrepreneuriat, ce rôle exige une coordination fréquente entre les départements, en particulier une collaboration étroite avec le Programme de démarrage pour entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s, les partenariats d'entreprise et le marketing / les communications, ainsi que la liaison avec d'autres contributeurs internes et externes pour atteindre les objectifs programmatiques.

Notre Programme de démarrage pour entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s (Black Entrepreneur Startup Program ou BESP) a été créé pour s'attaquer aux obstacles spécifiques auxquels sont confronté.e.s les jeunes entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s. Notre engagement est d'améliorer l'accès aux ressources en fournissant un soutien accru dans les domaines de la littératie financière et de la planification d'entreprise. L'objectif est de développer et d'offrir une programmation spécifique pour aider nos entrepreneur.e.s à élaborer des plans d'affaires et des projections de trésorerie solides afin de prendre part à notre processus de manière plus fluide. En outre, nous aimerions offrir un soutien continu aux entreprises que nous avons aidées à lancer. L'objectif est de leur donner autant d'outils que possible pour qu'elles soient en bonne position pour accéder au financement de suivi de Futurpreneur. Nous voulons également faciliter les occasions de réseautage pour et entre les entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s de tout le Canada. À cette fin, ce poste sera axé sur la programmation à la fois pour les entrepreneur.e.s qui n'ont pas encore lancé leur entreprise et pour celleux qui l'ont fait récemment.

Il s'agit d'un poste **permanent à temps plein** qui peut être pourvu n'importe où au Canada, mais idéalement à **Montréal, Toronto ou Edmonton**. Le ou la titulaire du poste travaillera selon notre modèle de travail hybride (**minimum de deux jours au bureau**). Ce rôle peut nécessiter jusqu'à 20 % de déplacements.

**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Développer et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux programmes/initiatives Futurpreneur, en mettant l'accent sur les programmes destinés aux Noir.e.s 75 %**
- En s'inspirant du marché, les membres de l'équipe BESP (directrice, responsables du développement des affaires, entrepreneur.e.s en résidence et responsables des relations avec la clientèle), en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'équipe des programmes d'entrepreneuriat ainsi qu'avec des entrepreneur.e.s, élaborent la structure des nouveaux programmes de formation pour entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s de Futurpreneur en mettant l'accent sur l'établissement de bases solides pour leur entreprise, ainsi que sur le développement et la création de réseaux solides
- Travailler avec la directrice des programmes d'entrepreneuriat et la directrice du programme de démarrage pour entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s pour créer et superviser le plan des nouveaux programmes et initiatives, y compris l'identification des mesures et des paramètres d'évaluation
