Safety Trainer

- Fall Protection
- Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (Scissor and Boom) lift operational safety
- Counterbalance Forklift Class 1/4/5 operational safety
- Telehandler Class 7 operational safety

For the above listed services, we are looking for motivated individual to be part of our training team. Reliable Training services is dedicated to providing quality training services to our clients and expect employees to obtain a high standard or professionalism and safety standards.

Required:

- At least 1 year of direct experience with the above listed services (Fall protection, Scissor lift, Boom lift, Counterbalance forklift, and Telehandler)
- Experience in a teaching or instructional role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (more than 1 language is an advantage)
- Professional attitude in a client facing role
- Ability to learn and teach our proprietary safety training curriculums and support clients through the learning outcomes of each course.
- Ability to work some Saturdays
- A valid drivers license with a clean abstract
- A background check. A criminal record check is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and engaging content, based on our curriculum to a class of students/clients
- Have a desire and an aptitude to develop new programs
- Deliver both classroom and practical teachings for all students
- Prepare the machines and classrooms in advance to comply with the current health and safety requirements
- Full time Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, preferably. 40 hours a week
- Part time minimum of 16 to 24 hours per week including some Saturdays (32 hours may be available)

**Benefits**:

- Competitive compensation package, full benefits after 3 months.
- Benefits are available for part time. However, you must work 24 hours a week.
- Flexible training and development opportunities following your 3 month probationary period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
