**About the Role**:
In this role, you will embody Do The Right Thing by protecting People, Assets, and Brands. You will work in an energized, fast paced environment focused on creating a safe environment for our employees, teams, and customers; this is critical to driving our Brand Power, Enduring Customer Relationships, and exuding our commitment to Team and Values. You’ll need to understand the big picture strategy and work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

**What You'll Do**:
The Manager AP Global Security is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the AP Team in manner which supports the overall goals and objectives of the AP program. Work closely with the AP business leaders and other Gap Inc leaders to create a safe, crime-free environment for our employees and for protecting the assets of the company.
**Who You Are**:
- Ensure a safe + crime-free environment for employees and visitors. Oversee all aspects of AP Controls, Processes and Systems, including: Protection of all company assets including cyber & IT related risks.
- Safety / Business Continuity Support - Manage all Emergencies. Including: Fire / Safety & Medical / Severe Weather-related events. Act as a Liaison with local authority’s Police / EMS. Ensuring testing & validation of systems and processes to ensure compliance & functionality. Report findings through compliance audits.
- Monitor & Measure Work / Produce monthly reporting KPI / Dashboards.
- Manage & ensure completion of Administrative functions including: Payroll, Invoices and required reporting.
- Manage all AP Investigations & Research provide accurate reporting & case management. Ensure Company Compliance.
- Leadership / Training / Development - Model Companies Core Values. Manage Team of Leads & Specialists. Ensuring recruiting, training & development of team including development objectives an ongoing performance reviews in conjunction with local and divisional tools, practices & goals.. Responsible for the Management of People & their Performance.
