Montréal, Canada Boxxing studio inc. Full time

* Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.
- Maintains accurate records using established sales systems.
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
- Leads studio previews/tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio.
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities.
- Must be able to participate in 1-2 scheduled workouts per week.
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
- Properly on-boarding all clients through the established processes.
- Works closely with the Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative training programs. *JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- * Excellent customer service skills - Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Functional computer skills required.
- MS O ce basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use.
- Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred.
- High school diploma required.
- Speaking/writing french and english fluently is required.

Participer à 1-2 classes par semaine. Garder la réception organisée et propre. Responsable des transactions en espèces et par carte de crédit. Suivi des activités avec tous les clients potentiels. Répondre immédiatement aux demandes de renseignements et les préoccupations des membres. Intégrer correctement tous les clients à travers les processus de vente établis. Travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des entraîneurs pour s'assurer que les processus sont respectés. Responsable d'assister et de participer à tous les programmes de formation. *QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES:

- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle - Expérience de vente antérieure, avec de solides compétences en vente (expérience de travail dans une structure de quota de vente préférée). Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite requises. Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches et d'exceller dans un environnement occupé. Compétences informatiques fonctionnelles requises. Connaissance des logiciels suivants : MS Office (word, excel), Utilisation de logiciels de programme informatique de base. Les personnes pour qui l’entraînement, la mise en forme et le bien être est une prioritésont fortement préférées. Diplôme d'études secondaires requis. Parler/écrire couramment le français et l'anglais est requis. Flexible pour travailler le jour, le soir et/ou le week-end selon les besoins.
