The Crump Group Inc. is a family-owned and operated premium pet treat manufacturer. Started in 2006, we have successfully established 3 market leading brands (Caledon Farms, Crumps Naturals AND Dog Delights) distributed throughout Canada and the United States. The Crump Group Inc., a large & rapidly growing pet food manufacturer based in Mississauga Ontario and Nashville North Carolina is seeking a dynamic, results oriented **Trade Show Coordinator & Administrator**

**Relevant Work Experience**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute seasonal sales conferences. Duties include sourcing venues, event management, creating presentations and prepare materials
- Organization and coordination of trade shows, consumer shows, and customer special events.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and provide project updates as required
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure great customer service
- Possess the ability to work independently, and as a team player.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keep an inventory of show and display material, ensure it is clean and in good working order.
- Ability to set up light boxes and exhibit booths.
- Sales administration required ranging from data entry, portals, licensing, customer service, answering phones, etc.
- Organize, prepare and distribute sales materials, including PowerPoint decks and Excel item files
- Compile, analyze and distribute weekly sales reports and tracking tools

**Recipe for Success**
- Minimum of one year experience in trade show management and administration. Knowledge of the pet industry is an asset.
- A positive, team Player, professional, and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Self-starter and can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills

**A Few Extra Ingredients**
- Some travel required.
- The individual must be skilled with computers for company and customer communication, sales reports, and additional materials.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
