As a Sifton
**Project Manager** within our Corporate office, this role will engage with various Business Partners throughout the company on key technology-based projects (i.e. cloud solutions, Salesforce, HR systems, platform improvements). Through the implementation of proper Project Methodology, this role will set clear milestones and deliver results through each phase of the project pipeline. An enthusiastic and skilled communicator, you have strong knowledge of project fundamentals along with a good understanding of technology, to ensure success in delivering innovative solutions and meeting our strategic goals.

About the Role:

- Employ Project Management methodologies to define project scope and objectives in partnership with relevant stakeholders, while ensuring resource availability and alignment to move forward with project implementation.
- Accountable for overall project estimating and scope control, ensuring process analysis best practices are being employed and that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Develop robust project schedules, charters, budgets, project resourcing, and risk assessment and management plans.
- Able to lead project update meetings, including regular reporting of milestones & project status within team and with larger project stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide timely and ongoing communication, with key highlights, recognizing milestones achieved and confirming goals for next phase of the project.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of project management experience, successful in leading complex initiatives
- Experience in business analysis review, documentation, and process improvement
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment demonstrating critical thinking and an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Proven ability to work independently while concurrently managing multiple stakeholder expectations
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience working with software development teams or other technology-related deliverables
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and Salesforce is an asset
- PMP certification is an advantage for this role
