We have an immediate opening for a **Chemistry Technician **to support the operation and testing of pilot-scale water treatment plants. **The Company**:
**Your main tasks will include**:

- Completing pilot plant data collection, wet lab analysis, data interpretation, and data management (training provided)
- Operating pilot-scale industrial desalination plants (training provided)
- Executing test procedures, data interpretation, and proposed next steps
- Writing completion reports as required
- Pilot plant maintenance work (training provided)
- Preparing test samples for external lab analysis, coordinating external labs, executing quality control, and managing and distributing all data

**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- A Degree or Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical or Environmental Technology
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong ability to troubleshoot problems
- A strong commitment to safety
- Proficiency in working with tools, industrial instruments, and laboratory equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Profound attention to detail and organization
- Ability to diligently collect data and prepare reports
- Organizational skills to meet project objectives and keep a clean and tidy work environment
- Solid computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain high quality of work and quickly learn new skills
- Ability to balance many tasks, manage priorities, and work well under pressure
- Willingness to be a team player who is ready to roll up your sleeves and pitch in as required
