Temporary Part-time Receptionist

Are you an experienced client-centred administrator?

As the morning receptionist, you will provide support to our Cambridge team with reception coverage, client bookings and billings. We are looking for a personable administrator with a above average ability to work with sensitivity and strong communication skills. Experience with EMR or CRM would be nice to have for this role.

Hours of Work: This is a part-time / temporary position working Monday to Friday, morning hours and no weekend coverage

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Customer facing administrative and/or health care experience, 3 years
- Medical Office Administration 1 year
- Experience with Practice Perfect or similar EMR is nice to have
- Critical Thinking
- The ability to multitask/prioritize
- The ability to maintain confidentiality/Discretion

**Duties and Responsibilities include **(but are not limited to):

- Collect customer payment at the time of service and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival while providing excellent customer service for all questions or concerns.
- Complete general clerical tasks including scheduling maintenance, faxing/scanning paperwork and new client intake
- Register new clients in line with acceptable standards of the clinic; support clients in filling medical and insurance forms at the clinic to avoid errors and inaccurate information.
- Exercise client confidentiality at all times and adhering to privacy policy
- Ensure that the client reception area is cleaned, fully stocked with clinic supplies and materials and daily laundry.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Clinic Lead Administrator

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Cambridge, ON N3C 4B3: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
