We are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Industrial Electrical Apprentices. No prior experience is required — we will provide all the necessary training and mentorship to help you succeed. While experience is an asset, it is not required. In this role, you will assist our experienced electricians with installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, electrical controls, and systems in industrial settings. Additionally, you will gain exposure to plumbing and irrigation piping within greenhouse environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Assist with the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical controls systems
- Learn to read blueprints and schematics for electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards
- Assist with the installation of irrigation piping in greenhouses
- Travel to various job sites as required

**Requirements**:

- **Grade 12** or equivalent education required
- **Experience is an asset but not required** — we will train you
- Must have your own basic tools (tool list provided upon hire)
- Ability to travel to various job sites
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of safety and construction practices is a plus
- Must be physically fit and able to work in varying conditions
