**Details**:Part time, Days, 20 hours per week, 10:30AM to 6:30PM, 3-week rotating schedule

**Schedule**:
**Week 1**: Friday, Wednesday

**Week 2**: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

**Week 3**: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

**Pay Scale**:$19.05 - $23.10 per hour

**Location**:Kiwanis Place Lodge, 10330 - 120 Street, Edmonton, AB, T5K 2A6

**Typical Duties**:
**Kitchen duties include** food preparation, portioning and labeling food, cleaning kitchen areas, dining areas, and equipment, dishwashing, preparing meals, beverages, sandwiches, salads and snacks, peeling and chopping vegetables.

**Dining Room duties include**: greeting the residents, serving meals and beverages, setting and clearing tables, assisting residents at the buffet table as needed, assisting with meal attendance checks, and other site-specific duties as assigned.

**Experience/Education Preferences**:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal are required
- Experience in food preparation is an asset
- Experience as a server in a dining room is preferred

**Other Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills including the ability to interact with everyone in a respectful manner
- Ability to read and follow standard recipes and work in a sanitary manner
- Ability to demonstrate responsible judgement in problem solving
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.05-$23.10 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.00 per week
