On the job training is provided by more senior team members and by the office as a whole. Client Base Our clients consist of professionals, businesses and not for profit organizations located throughout Southern Manitoba. Our client base covers nearly every organizational structure and industry sector. This diversity enables us to provide our students with a broad spectrum of practical experience to complement their professional studies. Student Experience & Support Students are assigned a mentor, but are encouraged to seek answers from any member of our team as required. Students are also supported with assistance on issues they are facing in their course of studies. Additional support offered for students includes payment of all annual student dues, module fees, Densmore CFE prep fees and common final examination fees. In addition, time off is provided for studying prior to and during examinations. Future ONBusiness is a rapidly growing firm with opportunities for advancement regularly presenting themselves. As a result of the experience and support offered to our students we find that they quickly progress to more senior roles within our firm. Our unique approach to client relationships and product delivery allows our team members to quickly define themselves as professionals within the community. This position is responsible for carrying out special projects as defined and determined by the Shareholders and will include working on client assignments within each of the Divisions of ONBusiness. The Special Projects Manager is expected to perform duties with a high degree of independence, initiative and judgment. You must possess strong communication skills as you will be required to meet and present results to clients, without Shareholder inclusion.
This position reports directly to the Shareholders. Special projects based on the needs of the various shareholders and divisions will include but not be limited to:
**Accountable For**:

- Assistance in the Tax Services Division, including tax planning and research;
- Specific duties & assignments as required by Business Advisory Division;
- Preparation of business valuation plans;
- Preparation of cash flow projections;
- Personal financial planning projects;
- Perform financial and system analysis;
- Conduct research on different strategic initiatives;
- Strong focus on processes is an asset
- CPA having hands-on experience in accounting, corporate & personal tax preparation;
- Solid knowledge of, and skills in, corporate tax;
- Solid knowledge of, and skills in, personal tax;
- Solid knowledge of, and skills in, accounting & bookkeeping;
- IT skills - Office 365/Microsoft office (Word, Excel
