ServiceMaster Restore is currently looking for a Full-time Content/Warehouse Supervisor to work as part of their team in Thunder Bay and surrounding area. As a valued member of our Team, you will work on the warehouse and content side of our operation in conjunction with the mitigation, restoration and janitorial departments. You will be required to utilize your time management, technological, resourcefulness, leadership, customer service and organizational skills, as this is a fast-paced industry. Background in Encircle and specialized cleaning is considered an asset. Mentoring, training, clothing and benefit package will be provided.

Multi-tasking is a primary requirement of this dynamic, fluid and interactive position. Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

- **Organization/Time Management**:_
- Content cleaning and handling
- Responding and assisting with emergency floods and fires
- Post construction clean up
- Performing data entry to company’s software program
- Following safety policies and procedures for automated production equipment in accordance with all corporate requirements
- Working alongside ServiceMaster Production Crew, Project Managers and Contractors
- Managing the warehouse and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours during high volume events
- **Communication**:_
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills in English at the intermediate level
- Strong technological skills; i.e. Encircle, Microsoft Office
- Exemplary customer service skills in order to support clients in restoring personal and commercial items to pre
- disaster state.
- **Collaboration**:_
- Ability to accept direction from management
- Work independently, as well as, interdependently as a team with members of the various departments.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with a strong work ethic
- **Conflict Resolution**:_
- Handle sensitive issues with dignity and respect whether internal or external.

- **Educational/Work Experience Requirements**:_
- High School Diploma preferred
- Rotation in an On Call schedule
- Valid driver’s license & clean drivers abstract
- Criminal Record check
- Physically fit (ability to lift, carry and pack boxes) and willingness to follow all safety requirements.
- Job-related experience in the restoration industry is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
