Notre équipe des ressources humaines joue un rôle-conseil de premier plan en gestion du personnel. La vingtaine d’experts veille à l’acquisition de talents, à l’intégration du personnel, au support des employés et des gestionnaires, à la reconnaissance du travail accompli, au développement des compétences, aux relations de travail et au développement organisationnel.
Les professionnels anticipent les fluctuations du marché de l’emploi, en quête des meilleurs talents et de la croissance de l’entreprise. Plusieurs initiatives, toutes alignées sur la stratégie d’entreprise, sont mises en place afin de favoriser la rétention du personnel. L’équipe met tout en œuvre afin que l’efficacité et le bien-être des employés soient optimisés.

Relevant de la Directrice en acquisition de talents, nous recherchons présentement un(e) Partenaire, acquisition de talents qui aura pour mandat principal de gérer le processus de dotation pour une variété de postes. En plus de ses tâches quotidiennes RH, le titulaire du poste sera responsable de divers projets spéciaux de l’équipe.
**Responsabilités**:
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource et responsable pour l’ensemble du processus de recrutement du personnel professionnel et de gestion en soutien aux opérations des bureaux de Québec, Montréal, Brossard, Ottawa, Toronto et Vancouver;
- Participer à création et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies novatrices de recrutement et de rétention des meilleurs talents en lien avec la stratégie de développement et d’expansion de l’entreprise afin de recruter des personnes talentueuses;
- Participer à l'élaboration et au déploiement des différentes stratégies en acquisition de talents afin de maximiser les résultats dans les différents processus de recrutement (chasse de tête, visibilité, médias sociaux, partenariats, embauches internationales, toutes autres stratégies pertinentes);
- Effectuer des recherches auprès de différents médias (sites Internet, dont LinkedIn, ordres professionnels et sites spécialisés) afin d’améliorer la visibilité de l’affichage des postes vacants et de faciliter leur dotation;
- Participer aux foires de recrutement, d’emplois et autres afin de promouvoir l'entreprise;
- Participer à la programmation annuelle d’activités concernant la mobilité internationale et les missions de recrutement à l’international;
- Collaborer aux dossiers de marketing RH;
- Agir en tant que vecteur de déploiement de la culture d’entreprise;
- Collaborer à divers comités et projets de l'équipe des ressources humaines;
- Faire partie d’une équipe où chacun contribue aux exigences administratives régulières;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche ou tout autre mandat à la demande de son supérieur immédiat.
