- Pulling and compiling reports through internal software programs
- Budget maintenance and bill/invoice payment
- Supporting district, all reps and DSM (District Sales Manager)
- Playing a part in on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Attending and participating in district meetings
- Following up on initiatives
- Supporting in preparing presentations for ABI Senior Leaders
- Involvement with company processes and tool
- Office management duties (receiving packages, light tidying, organization)
- Receiving and following up on customer inquiries- Qualifications-
- University Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years Sales or Marketing coordinator/admin experience
- Related package goods or beverage alcohol marketing experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team work skills and orientation
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
- The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills- SALARY RANGE : $50,000 - $60,000- WHY LABATT:
