**Position Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greets all guests and team members providing exceptional and professional service.
- Provides information and assistance to guests and colleagues regarding all recreation facilities and activities.
- Assists guest and colleagues with recreation equipment, ensuring proper sign-out/in procedures.
- Explains and monitors safe use of equipment to all guests and colleagues.
- Responds to first aid and emergency situations as required.
- Responsible for inventory, equipment counts, cash-outs, opening and closing of the desk.
- Ensures cleanliness and organization of the recreation areas and ensures that equipment is maintained throughout the day, reporting any and all damage.
- Attends to any guest complaint to ensure the guests needs are met, dialogue with guest is tracked, and followed-up with leader.
- Ensures an adequate supply of towels and other items are available.
- Ensures guests have completed the necessary activity waivers.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience closing purchases with debit, credit or cash an asset
- Previous guest service experience in a hospitality related field is a strong asset

**Physical Aspects of Position** (include but are not limited to)**:

- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps

**Visa Requirements**: Must be eligible to work in Canada
